MICHELLE SHELLCRAFT INTERNATIONAL EXPORT INC. is a manufacturing and exporting company based in Lapu-lapu City Cebu, Philippines  The company was established and registered in March 1982 and is now one of the leading exporters of fashion jewelry and accessories.  Our products are mainly costume jewelries and gift items, all handcrafted to perfection.  It has an extension company MICHELLE’S SHELLCRAFT, a duly registered company in the United States of America established last March 15, 2002 with address at 5026 Melrose Avenue, Los Angeles California 90038.   The company is a family-owned business, generally managed by Mr. Francisco Nogoy along with his wife, Adelna  Nogoy with their skill and expertise in the marketing of the products.
